The website www.oktec.de is just for technical information about the goods and services we offer.
 
Below we inform you about whether and which of your personal data we will collect, the purposes for which the personal data should be processed, the legal basis for the processing and what rights you have with regard to your personal data.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, for example your name, your address, your phone number, your e-mail-address or your IP-address.

When using the websites of www.oktec.de accesses to the page are automatically recorded and automatically saved as "log files" (access and error log files). The following data is logged:

used IP-address in anonymous form
 
The data collected are only for answering your inquiries as well as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation,  contacting direct e-mail for similar goods or services and for the purposes of the legitimate interests. During the visit on our website the data collected are only for statistical purposes and to improve the stability and functionality of the website. Our legitimate interest follows from the mentioned purposes for data collection.
 
We do not use cookies or analysis services on our website.
 
Legal basis for the processing of personal data sent by e-mail or other communications services is based on point (f) of Article 6 (1) GDPR; in case that the purpose is a contract or the performance of a contract, it is based on point (b) of Article 6 (1) GDPR.
If there is no legal basis for the processing of these personal data, we will process them only after having received a corresponding consent by you.
Further personal data will be collected only if you give these us voluntarily.
 
All collected data will be deleted as soon as possible, at the latest immediately after the end of the usage process.
 
Legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is based on point (f) of Article 6 (1) GDPR.
 
§ 2 Use, transfer and erasure of personal data
 
We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for answering your inquiries as well as for the technical administration of our website.
 
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.
We disclose your personal data only to third parties if you have expressly given your consent to this, if we are legally obliged to disclose it, if the disclosure is permitted by law or if it is necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you.
 
If and insofar as we engage third parties in the performance of contracts, these personal data are only received to the extent that the transmission is required for the corresponding service.

(2)Pursuant to Article 16 GDPR you have the right to obtain, without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning or you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
 
(3)Pursuant to Article 17 GDPR you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you, unless such processing is required for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
 
(4)Pursuant to Article 18 GDPR you have the right to obtain restriction of processing your personal data, so far the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead and we do no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing,  but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR.
 
(5)Pursuant to Article 20 GDPR you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those personal data to another controller.
 
(6)Pursuant to Article 7 (3) GDPR you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
 
(7)Pursuant to Article 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringe this Regulation.
 
(8)Pursuant to Article 21 GDPR you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6 (1), including profiling based on those provisions.
 
We will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of you or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

§ 4 Safety instructions
 
To safe your personal data we maintain technical and organizational security measures that we always adapt to state-of-the-art technology.
 
In a data transfer on the Internet, for example communication by e-mail, we can not guarantee complete data security. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
Therefore, we offer you the option of encrypting confidental information in particular. If you want an encryption of the systems or a specific encryption for the e-mail communication in the future, please let us know.

An automated individual decision-making pursuant to Article 22 GDPR based on the collected personal data does not taken place.
 
§ 6 Social networks and  Social Plugins
 
We do not use Social Plugins (for example Facebook, Twitter).
 
We have online presence within social networks to communicate with the customers, prospects and users there and to inform them about our goods and services.
When using these social networks their terms and conditions and their privacy policy apply.
 
We have no control over the nature and extent of the data processed by social networks, the nature of the processing and use or the disclosure of this data to third parties. Also, we do not have any effective means of control.
We expressly point out that you use the social networks and their functions on your own responsibility. By using these social networks, your personal data that you give voluntarily is collected, transmitted, stored, disclosed and used by the operators of these social networks.

We do not collect any personal data about your Twitter account. However, we process the data of the users, that means the personal data you enter on Twitter (including, but not limited to, your username, content published to your account), insofar as we may re-tweet or reply to your tweets or author tweets that refer to your account. The personal data you publish and distribute freely on Twitter will be included and made accessible to our followers.
